In the event that the user is a subscriber to our Newsletter and does not agree to such modifications, they will have the possibility to unsubscribe following the procedure provided for this purpose.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY:
OIKOS is not responsible for deficiencies in the service of its server center, communication networks, or problems resulting from the malfunction or use of non-optimized versions of any type of browser. Likewise, OIKOS will not be responsible in case of inability to provide the service derived from prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

These General Terms of Use shall be governed by Spanish legislation and, in particular, by legislation on the protection of personal data (Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.)
