Toni Timoner together with Luis Quiroga have just published an essay with a counterintuitive title at Deusto: The Right-Wing Environmentalist. The two authors have spent years living in London and observing the climate debate from a distance. Both launched —also some time ago— OIKOS, the first think tank —as far as I know— of our center-right oriented toward the environment.
