Oikos publishes report on nature protection in Spanish foreign action

The think tank Oikos has just published "Diplomacy and natural capital: nature protection in Spanish foreign action", in which its authors, Jorge Alarcón and Toni Timoner, state that countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Norway or the Netherlands integrate nature as a key vector of their foreign action, and Spain starts from a particularly favorable position: it is one of the most biodiverse countries in Europe.
